We had a great experience with Infiniti H2O Solutions. We were excited to find a company that offers water filtration systems made in the USA, and they exceeded our expectations. Our situation is a little unique since we use a cistern but also have city water trucked in from time to time. James and Jake took the time to understand our setup and worked with us for several weeks to make sure every detail was right. They even collaborated with their supplier to create a custom system that fit our needs perfectly. Throughout the process, they communicated well, kept us updated, and were always personable and easy to talk to. We never felt rushed and appreciated how much effort they put into finding the best solution for our home. Their installer, Chris, was also fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional, and worked diligently to make sure our system was installed correctly and running smoothly. It was clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing a quality installation. The difference in our water has been incredible. We have peace of mind knowing our family is using clean, filtered water every day. As parents of kids with sensitive skin, it’s reassuring to know they can bathe without the itching and irritation they experienced before. The water also tastes amazing, which has made drinking water at home much more enjoyable. On top of all that, the pricing was very fair. We love supporting local businesses, and Infiniti H2O Solutions earned our trust. We would absolutely hire them again for any future water treatment needs and highly recommend them to others.
